No Current Cohorts or Workshops

Tired, frustrated and confused by your kid's anxiety, explosive behaviors, self-harm, school refusal, personal hygiene or more? You are not alone!

These are just some of the challenges facing the families I work with, who are learning how to be curious about and respond therapeutically to difficulties in order to relieve the argument cycle and have a more collaborative daily experience.

The cohorts and workshops are designed to help you explore your goals, identify underlying support needs, build emotional and relational regulation, and learn how and why to do things differently based relational and developmental neuroscience. You've tried all kinds of discipline, punishments, rewards and star charts - come learn how to embraces your family's abilities and needs.

Learning Cohort

A Group for Learning, Coaching & Support

Dates & Times TBD

This group aims to EMPOWER adults to build healthy relationship and life skills.

Each week includes a learning session followed by real-life application and discussion.

Learning Objectives

  1. Create a guide for responding to challenges that builds relationships, regulation and life skills.
  2. Understand how brain development and stress impact behavior.
  3. Identify what you and your kids need during challenging times.
  4. Build self-regulation and communication skills.

Next cohort TBD.

  • 4 x 1-hour zoom meetings
  • Small group (up to 8 families)
  • Written summary of discussions provided each week. Additional details added for those who have to miss a session for any reason.

For adults with kids ages 6-17 because regulation, communication, and life skills are built in the same ways at every age. Group discussions allow for age specific information.
