This private Facebook is for busy moms who want to create a personalized self-care plan with the support and reflection of a guided community.

Developing a personalized self-care plan takes time and reflection, and this group aims to support you as you work through the mindful self-care eWorkbook (included), reflect on your needs, discover mindful self-care strategies that work for you, and learn to recognize when your needs shift so you can shift your plan.

How do I participate?
Once you sign up you will receive a downloadable copy of my mindful self-care eWorkbook and an invitation to join the private self-care Facebook group. You can begin the eWorkbook and participate at your own convenience.

I encourage you to ask questions, post reflections, and offer each other encouragement. The eWorkbook will guide you, and the group will help you explore additional creative ways to move towards a daily practice of mindful self-care. Join on any date and stay as long as you'd like!
