Groups meet monthly in Decatur (30030)
The Healthy Sleep hypnotherapy session utilizes hypnotic relaxation strategies to help you focus your mind, quiet your thoughts and feel more in control so you can relax and fall asleep.
We will gather together in community to set intentions, find comfortable space for our bodies on the floor or in chairs (wear comfortable clothes!), experience deep relaxation through hypnotherapy, and finally hold space for reflections and questions.
All participants will receive a link to the recording to further support healthy sleep associations.
